Nagpur Pench IV Water Supply Project [JnNURM]
STC provided complete project management services to Nagpur city Pench IV Water Supply project. Components included 630 MLD Intake in Pench Dam, 521 MLD Pump House, 252 m Pipe Bridge Crossing, 115 MLD WTP, over 50 kms Transmission Mains and 200 kms of Distribution System.
Pune Water Supply Projects (PMC)
STC provided complete project management services to Pune city including two intake wells of 1200 and 500 MLD, two treatment plants of 125 MLD and 500 MLD , three pumping stations of 500 MLD , 1200 MLD and 125 MLD and over 20 KMS of large diameter MS mains of 2200 mm.
Hogenakkal Water Supply & Fluorosis Mitigation Project [JICA]
STC (as a major JV Partner) provided complete project management services to provide 160 MLD of water to two complete districts in Tamil Nadu covering over 6000 villages serving 3 million people. Components included 160 MLD intake in river Cauvery, 160 MLD WTP, 160 MLD pumping station, 3 ML MBR, over 200 kms of mains and over 7000 kms of distribution system.

Highlights: Substantial parts of the project fall in forest areas and project aims to mitigate ill effects of ground water fluorosis in project area.
Second Chennai Water Supply Project (New Veeranam) [World Bank]
STC provided designs, tendering and periodic assistance during construction to bring 180 MLD of water to Chennai. Components included Intake, 180 MLD x 2 pumping stations, rehabilitation of 180 MLD WTP, 230 kms of 1500 mm and above mains, 18 major river crossings and 3 ML MBR.

Highlights: At 230 kms this is probably the longest water pipeline in the country.
Urban Water Supply & Environment Improvement Project for Indore [ADB]
STC provided complete designs and construction supervision services to bring 360 MLD of water to Indore City. Components included 360 MLD Intake in river Narmada, 360 MLD WTP, 3 x 360 MLD pumping station, 60 kms of 1800 mm dia mains, 650 kms of distribution system.

Highlights: Water was pumped to a lift of over 450 meters by 3 stage pumping through hilly and difficult terrain.
Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Project (Stage IV/2) [JICA]
STC (as a Sub-Consultant) provided total project management services to being 500 MLD of water to Bangalore. Components included 500 MLD WTP, 3 x 500 MLD pumping station, 68 km by 2.8 m dia mains, 49 ML and 24 ML MBR and distribution systems improvements.

Highlights: Around 3 Lac consumer connections and related distribution system is expected to be improved through UFW improvement measures.
Jaipur-Bisalpur Water Supply Project [ADB]
STC provided construction supervision and part design approval services for this project to bring 400 MLD of water to Jaipur City. Components include 400 MLD Intake cum pumping in Bisalpur dam, 400 MLD WTP, 105 kms by 2.2 m dia. MS pumping mains, 25 ML MBR and surge protection works.

Highlights: Entire contract costing nearly Rs.580 Crores was executed as a single turnkey contract.
Agra Water Supply Project (Ganga Jal) [JICA]
STC (as a major JV Partner) provided total project management services for this project to supply 144 MLD of water to Agra City. Components included sedimentation tank over 100 kms gravity mains of dia. 2.8 m, MBBR based WTP of 144 MLD and rehabilitation of existing WTP of 144 MLD.

Highlights: MBBR based WTP process is probably being used in India for the first time.
Kerala Water Supply Project [JICA]
STC (as a major partner in a JV) provided total project management services from designs to commissioning for this project to supply a total of 521 MLD of water to 5 areas in Kerala (Thirvandrum, Calicut, Meenad, Pattuvam & Chertala) under 5 schemes. Components included 5 WTP (73 MLD to 174 MLD) and several pumping stations, hundreds of kilometers of water mains and over 4000 kilometers of distribution mains.

Highlights: One of the largest water supply projects ever undertaken in the country.
Middle Vaitarna Water Supply Project (Mumbai IV) [JnNURM]
STC (as an associate partner) provided designs, tender and project management services for this project providing 900 MLD of water to Mumbai City. Components include Intake in Modak Sagar Dam, 7 km x 3 m dia tunnel, 15 km x 5 m dia tunnel, 900 MLD WTP, 900 MLD pumping station and 140 MLD MBR and other works.

Highlights: TBM used for tunnel construction under creek.
Sonia Vihar Bulk Water Supply Project
STC provided basic designs and tender process management services for this project providing 640 MLD of water to Delhi. Components included Intake in river Yamuna, 640 MLD WTP, 2 x 640 MLD pumping stations and M.S. pipelines of 40 kms of dia 600 to 1900 mm.

Highlights: 640 MLD WTP contract was on DBO basis (PPP) with 10 years O&M.
