  Proposed Office Building near Pune

  STC is undertaking the construction of a self use office building in a Software Technology Park near Pune. The building is spread over 4 acres and the total built-up area envisaged is 3 Lac sq. feet. STC is responsible for all aspects of the project including architectural planning, MEP, interiors etc.

  SMS Hospital Extension, Jaipur [ADB]

  Under RUIDP-I, STC was responsible for designs and supervision of the new OPD & OT building of SMS hospital in Jaipur. The 5 storied building (including 2 car park floors) consists of 12 OTs and caters to 3500 patients per day. STC provided complete architectural, MEP & interior services for the project.

  STC provided façade architectural services to blend the Intake, pumping stations and WTP structures of the project with the local architecture. The structures as it stands today is appreciated by the client and the visitors to the sites.
