  STC provided complete design and supervision services to improve sewerage infrastructure for Jammu City.  Components include nearly 400 kms of sewer network, 30 MLD STP.

  Highlights:  Large sewers were laid along side a live canal.

  Sewer Rehabilitation Works in Mumbai by Trenchless Methods

  STC is providing complete project management services to rehabilitate old sewers in several parts of Mumbai City.  The components include over 300 kms of CCTV condition assessment of sewers, replacement of 100 kms of small sewers through pipe bursting and 8 kms of large ovoid sewers through GRP lining.

  Highlights:  Works mainly carried out in the night to minimize disturbance to traffic.

  STC is providing complete designs and supervision services to improve the sewerage and drainage system to the city of Kolkata (Population 8 Million).  Components include rehabilitation of large diameter sewers through trenchless methods and construction of new pumping station and treatment plant.

  Pimpri-Chinchwad Sewerage Project

  STC provided designs, tender process management and periodic inputs during supervision of 265 MLD sewage system for PCMC (Population 1.2 Million).  Components included 265 MLD STP capacity, 10 sewage pump stations and        425 kms of collection and conveyance network.

  Highlights:  STC successfully used In-house software OASYS for this assignment.

  Urban Infrastructure Development in Small & Medium Towns (Rajasthan) [JnNURM]

  STC provided construction supervision and design services to improve sewerage systems to 10 cities in Rajasthan including Jodhpur, Pali and 8 other towns.  Components included 50 MLD STP at Jodhpur and 12 other STPs in other towns totaling 86 MLD of treatment capacity.  Total sewer length was 750 kms.

  Highlights:  Three different STP processes were adopted.

  STC provided complete design and supervision services for improvements of sewerage system to the City of Jaipur (Population 2.5 Million).

  Components include 62 MLD and 27 MLD STP, 300 Kms of sewer collection system, 20000 manholes, 50000 house connections.

  Highlights:  Extensive efforts in providing house connections in the congested old city has resulted in hygienic conditions in the area and prevented pollution to the Jal Mahal lake.

  STC (as a Sub-Consultant) provided total project management services to collect and treat over 400 MLD of wastewater for Bangalore City.  Scope included 12 STP with a total capacity of 400 MLD, rehabilitation of trunk mains, 5 terminal pump stations and 8 intermediate pump stations.

  Highlights:  Latest SBR technology being used for treatment process.

  Providing Sewage Collection and Conveyance in Chennai City [World Bank]

  STC provided detailed designs and bid process management for over 400 MLD sewage improvement works to Chennai City.  Scope included analysis of 2025 kms of sewer system, rehabilitation of 48 sewer pumping stations, condition assessment of 1700 km of existing sewers and laying of 225 kms of large diameter deep sewers.

  Highlights:  High water table and flat terrain posed design optimization challenges.
